Question : I've had a pain in my left shoulder blade that radiates to my neck. The pain feels like when I have a stiff neck but I haven't been outside. Had a hard time sleeping Saturday night. Rubbed it with Tiger balm Sunday morning and it went away but now I feel discomfort in my right shoulder blade. I'm concerned it's a gall bladder problem but I'm in the process of changing doctors and don't have an appointment with my new doctor until Thursday. Is there any danger in waiting until then?

Brief Answer:
Cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You seem to be suffering from Cervical spondylosis.

This causes nerve pinching at the back of the neck.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg twice a day for a month.

No danger. It is not gall bladder disease likely.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
