                                            Question : What causes my soft plate in mouth throbbing and a bit discomfort only when swallowing my saliva

                                    You mean spicy foods not hit hot foods. I don't know if I'm diabetic it runs in my fathers family though. 
I did eat Taco Bell and that burned my throat really really bad it took a good week for it to go away but then I started to feel this and it has been more that 5 months ago
And I had a bad infection in my tooth a root canal had to be done again in the same tooth so all this happened in Feb this year

As per the complaints it seems to be mucosal infection. It would be better if you can send me the pictures of your throat.
Use hexidine mouth wash and candid mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
