Brief Answer:
Probably you have orchiepididymitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.

The symptoms that you describe (pain in testicles especially when you bend down) is a symptom of orchiepididymitis (inflammation/infection) of your testicles. It happens especially to the patients that have tone TUR-P due to the presence of the urinary catheter.
If you touch or press at your testicles, does your pain get bigger?

If i was your caring doctor I would do a physical exam to the testicles. Also I would recommend an ultrasound of your testicles for the diagnosis and start a treatment with antibiotics and an urine test.

In some cases even an urinary tract infection might give the symptoms that you describe.

Meanwhile here are some tips to lower the pain:
-elevate your testicles when you lay down (put a towel under them)
-reduce physical activity
-for the pain you can use ibuprofen.
-ice packs for a few minutes
-have plenty of liquids

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
Wish you good health

What is very alarming is that my testicles seem to have gotten very small, and are very soft and goochy. right now they aren't half the size they used to be! Also I now have pain up in the lower right quadrant of my abnoman. I will call to make an appointment with the Urologist that did the procedure a few months ago!

Thank You very much!

Brief Answer:
Happy to help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back.
The best option in this case is to consult your urologist. It is not a complication from the operation.Everything is fine. But you need to consult him for these new symptoms and as I said do an ultrasound of your testicles.

Wish you good health.

Regards.
