Question : I am having a mild pain in the urethra (not when urinating), abdominal cramps and lower back pain. What could be the cause?

Could be due to bldder spasms.

Hello
Thanks for query .

Back ache with abdominal ramps and pain in urethra could be due to spam of the bladder .

Get your Urine test (Routine ) and culture done to rule out UTI .

Taking Darifenasin once daily or Solfenasin twice daily along with urine alkalizer
thrice daily should help to resolve the issue .

Ensure to drink more water .
