Brief Answer:
Could be lumbar spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion pain in your waist area , while sitting and standing , could be due to lumbar spondylosis. I suggest you get an x ray of L S Spine and start mild pain killers , muscle relaxants and exercises to strengthen your back muscles.
Hope this will be helpful to you. Please feel free to ask any other question.
