Question : Hi,
I am getting pain in my wrist joint as well as heel joint on a regular basis, and it is severe during the night time/bed time. Could you please let me know the reason behind this pain because I am not able to identify myself why I am getting this.

Thank you for query.

As per you history it seems to be Arthritis.

Just get an RA factor along with Vitamin D levels.

Meanwhile apply sumo spray for pain.
Don't use painkiller for long time.
