Brief Answer:
Might be sprain, analgesic cream or spray
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
As you were not expecting it to happen, sudden jerkiness might have caused sprain.
As it is improving anf in the absence of any pain, swelling and or difficulty in the movement of the affected part, I don't think you need to worry much.
You can apply analgesic cream or spray to the affected part and if required can take oral NSAIDS.
Hope this helps
