You may need strict limb elevation to reduce swelling and enzyme tablet like Trypsin chymotrypsin may help.

Incision site is very small in arthroscopy so pain due to incision is very less likely.
Oozing will be there as in arthroscopy saline is used to inflate joint.I guess oozing is not blood?
