I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms above. I realised this just a few hours ago. Do you think this can have anything with physical workouts? i have been working out more than usual lately

Brief Answer:
it can be due to physical exertion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
It can be due to physical exertion. You can get the investigations done to rule out other causes.
You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg for relief from your symptoms. Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel locally will have added benefits.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
