Question : My husband is having a shooting pain in his upper right back by his shoulder blade, headache and diarrhea

Pain could be due to musculoSkeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain near shoulder blade could be due to musculoSkeletal cause. Do not use pillow while sleeping. I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside as ingredient to my patients.
For headache, I prescribe Paracetamol tablet to my patients.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Rifaximine and pre and Probiotic to my patients for diarrhoea.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
