Brief Answer:
need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query; it seems a bit ambiguous.

You seem to be having severe pain in the upper right lung region for nearly 3 weeks now.

You have mentioned '? fractured ribs but lungs are clear'. Do you mean to say you have undergone an x-ray for the same?

Has an x-ray ruled out rib fracture or does it confirm it? Please let me know the detailed report, if present.

In all possibility, it could be rib fracture. One other possibility could be pleurisy.

Please write in detail about the aggravating and relieving factors of this pain, so that I can comment specifically.

Awaiting your response.
