What Causes Pain In Upper Right Side When I Bend?

Question: Occasionally, I experience sharp severe pain in my upper right side when I bend over. What could be the cause? The area also experiences some discomfort preceding a bowl movement.

Gall bladder stones have to be excluded.

Thank you for posting in health care magic.
Liver and Gall bladder are present in right upper quadrant of the abdomen.
So, Ultrasound abdomen will exclude any disease in these organs.Gall bladder stones are common in females and it has to be excluded.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen.
IIt is normal, then the pain is due to musculo skeletal cause .
Transverse colon is present in the upper part of the abdomen. So, some people may feel the movement of the colon.It is not a problem.
If you come back with Ultrasound report, I will clarify further.
