Question : I had sex about three weeks ago (One night stand unfortunately). The female said she was clean (No diseases etc.) I wore a condom for the sex, did not ejaculate, but after I took the condom off there was some rubbing of my penis on her vagina. I have been so worried (I have OCD and Anxiety). I think there is some pain every now and again around my urethra opening but I don't know if my mind is just playing games. There is no discharge and it doesn't really sting when I pee (Although again sometimes my mind makes me think it might). The little skin flap or skin outlining around my urethra opening may have been there all my life but I'm not sure. Ive been poking and proding the area constantly checking it. It shrinks daily and I think me touching it is aggravating it. (See attached photos). Is it anything?

Brief Answer:
The pictures are absolutely normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. You had protected intercourse and then rubbed naked penis over her vagina. The female stated that she was clean. I have gone through the pictures, though they are not very clear but in my opinion these pictures are showing normal penis. No localised redness, rashes are seen. So I don't think there is any need to worry regarding any risk of STD to you.

You are checking the area continuously, feeling pain around urethral opening etc because of fear of acquiring infection. Such type of symptoms are seen commonly in individuals after one night stand or after visiting a professional sex worker. No need to worry, the pain you are having is most likely because of anxiety only.

There is no discharge, it has been three weeks of exposure and by that time most of common STDs would have shown their clinical symptoms. So just try to remain relaxed, reassure yourself that there is nothing abnormal.

Keep following things in mind-

- The intercourse was protected though you rubbed penis over her vagina. Still the risk is very low, even if we assume she was infected.

- She her self stated that she is clean. So no need to worry.

- There are no symptoms which suggest that you have acquired infection. You are almost without symptoms.

- The pictures are absolutely normal.

So remain relaxed, reassure yourself. No need to worry.

Take care. Hope this helps you. If you have more doubts please ask again.
