Brief Answer:
bacterial vaginosis or endometriosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
Pain in vagina during intercourse is most often seen due to vaginal infection or vaginitis caused by bacterial vaginosis. This can be detected and diagnosed with a high vaginal swab culture test. once diagnosed it can be treated with antibiotics course for a week. So a high vegianal swab future would be mandatory.
Secondly, endometriosis is again a likely diagnosis when pain is experienced on deep intercourse specially. For diagnosing the same an ultrasound pelvis shall be required to look for any endometriotic cysts or masses in the pelvis or adhesions.
Please meet your gynecologist and get yourself evaluated.
