Question: I was playing goal keeper yesterday and saved a shot which bent my wrist back i now have a lot of pain when moving my wrist it is also very swollen, what should i do ?

Hi,

There is possibility of fracture near wrist due to injury.
You may need X ray of wrist to rule out any minor fracture.
You can consult your doctor for x ray and further treatment.

Do ice application, and give rest to wrist.
Till time you can take analgesic and Trypsin –chymotrypsin.
You can apply crepe bandage for support.
