Question : Hello, I have had a virus / cold before Christmas for about 2 weeks, same as many people ! But I have been left with really painful wrists, and still very tired at times is this normal. Thank you XXXXXX

I am so sorry to hear about the fact that you are taking longer than usual to get back to your normal state. I understand how frustrating this can be but realize that we are not all the same and not all infections would heal in the same manner. It would definitely be over but it is taking longer than expected. For now, I recommend regular and moderate levels of physical exercise, eat fruits and vegetables and take Tylenol to control pains if severe.
