Question : When I bend my head down towards my chest I feel chest pain. It only occurs occasionally. I am currently taking meds for HBP. The pain is right in the center of my chest.

I understand your concern.

The pain you feel might be due to :
- muscular-skeletal
- stomach issues

If I was your caring doctor would advise to run further diagnostic tests :
- ECG, cardiac echo, stress tests to rule out heart problems
- upper endoscopy to rule out stomach issues
- abdominal ultrasound

For the moment, I advise to take otc pain killers until you get the tests done.
