Brief Answer:
Rule out some obstruction.
Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'm, hi! welcome to HCM. GGT is usually the first liver enzyme to rise in the blood when any of the bile ducts that carry bile from the liver to the intestines become obstructed, for example, by tumors or stones. You also complain of pain at the site of pancreas, which is also supportive of the clinical suspicion of obstruction. kindly get a CT abdomen done to find out the cause and get back to me. regards!
