Question : ok my left arm from the shoulder down hurts like hell and its tingling and numb and it feels like when I land on my butt on a hard surface..most of the time...

when working..its tolerable..but at down time like rite now its a pain and discomfort..with out the patches...so when i constantly use my arm..theres no bother..but when its not in use is when the issues start..I guess what I am asking is it carpal or arthritic?

Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having either cervical radiculopathy or frozen shoulder.
Is there any restriction of shoulder movement, weakness of limbs, urinary complains?
Any trauma or diabetes?
You can get Mri of cervical region.
You can also get tested for diabetes.
You should get examined by a neurologist and investigated.
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
You can also take pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline for neuropathic pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
