Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having either cervical radiculopathy or frozen shoulder.
Is there any restriction of shoulder movement, weakness of limbs, urinary complains?
Any trauma or diabetes?
You can get Mri of cervical region.
You can also get tested for diabetes.
You should get examined by a neurologist and investigated.
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
You can also take pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline for neuropathic pain.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
