Advises Ibuoprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for your detailed information.

Pain in soles can be caused by standing, walking for long time.
if you are overweight then try to reduce weight which can also causes pain.
I suggest you Ibuprofen 200 mg for pain twice a day.
Do stretch exercises.
Wear correct fitting sandals which supports your foot arch or wear shoes. Avoid heals.
If you will not feel better after 2 weeks then I suggest you visit an orthopedic doctor and get an x ray to rule out plantar fasciitis or tendon achillitis.
Continue hot water fomentation.
Have you done vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D? If not, get it done?

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
