Brief Answer:
Arrhythmia

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Pain over the left side of the chest and abdomen is most likely to be gastritis since you are H pylori positive however it does not explain why you should wake up with a racing heart. Rapid beating heart is most like to be arrhythmia. Here is how you should go about it

1. Get your blood sugar tested as most often low sugars or high sugars can present this way
2. Get a Thyroid stimulating hormone done
3. Holter monitoring is ideal for you. A ECG is attached to your test and evaluated for 24 hours to look for abnormal heart beat

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Bad dreams

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back.

Bad dream is a possibility only if you can recall a bad dream. Most people can recall a bad dream soon after waking up.
It is not necessary that heart problems should run in families and it is not true that it occurs only in the elderly age group. An evaluation of less harm than not evaluating.
I suggest you to get yourself evaluated if it occurs again.

Brief Answer:
Exertional pain

Detailed Answer:
hello

The pain is probably due to the walking, tingling could be because you are dehydrated. I recommend that you drink oral rehydration solution and Tylenol for the pain
