Needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain on left of your genitals while passing urine

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you get any swelling in groin while passing urine ?
2) Do you get pain in Left Testis while passing urine ?

The pain near genitals could be due to either Inguinal Hernia or Varicocele .However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination and following basic tests
1) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum.
3) Colour Doppler study of scrotum and Spermatic Cord,

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get these done under his guidance .

Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I dont get swelling when passing urine. There is no pain in left testis when passing urine. The pain seems to be near the left side of groin and up to near mid pelvis on left side.
