Question : Hi i was excersing yesterday and all of a sudden got a heatache the pain was mainly on my left side of my head i was doing push ups at the time i have had a mild headache since i have never had this before

I have noted your symptoms. The most likely diagnosis in this case is muscle tension headache, affecting the scalp muscles. You would get better with medications such as ibuprofen or diclofenac tablets.

However, if the headache becomes severe, or if you develop vomiting, then, a brain CT scan should be done.

So is it ok to keep excersing if its not to uncomfortable?
