What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Mouth?
Question: Hi,
Today I noticed the left side of my mouth hurting and then saw what looked like a tiny, white worm like growth on it. I just ripped it off and now the pain is less. Now there is only a small, white bump in its place I did so much research but could not find answers as to what it could possibly be. Please, I need help. I don't know if it could be warts or just from eating really hot soup last night (the tip of my tongue still hurts).

Thank you so much!!! Should I expect more to pop ip? Is it normal for them to look like little worm growth?
Sorry I have another question: would you suggest then trying the ointment then seeing a doctor if it persists? And so warts never look like this if they're on the tongue?

Is it possible to get the ointment without a prescription??? I live in the U.S.A and am finding it hard to find places THAT CARRY IT WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION...IS THERE A BRAND YOU RECOMMEND that does not require proscription? or a brand in general?
