Question : I have pain to the head of my penis with ejaculation only. I do not have any urinary symptoms. No other area hurts and only the head with ejaculation. Thank you

This pain may be due to infection of prostate , causing pain while ejaculating which may be felt at tip of penis as referred pain, infection of urethra causing burning while ejaculation or may be of psychogenic cause . Please get a fasting blood sugar, urine for pus cells, semen for pus cells to find the reason for problem
