                                            Question : I have a upper outside pain on my right calf that has gotten worse.  My right knee will not flex as far a my left knee will.  What is the likely issue and treatment.

Hi,
It could possibly due to osteoarthritic changes in right knee. Xray knee will be helpful to reach the diagnosis. Regular knee exercise will be helpful. Reduce weight, if you are overweight. Avoid squatting, staircase climbing. You can take antiinflammatory drug for pain after consulting your doctor. Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful in relieving the pain and spasm.
