What Causes Pain On The Base Of My Right Toe?
Question: Problem:-Last night i noticed pain at 3 specific spots on the base of my right toe. These are tiny,painful (not too much), white coloured hard spots.
1. what could be the reason for this?
2. How to cure this?
3. Is there anything serious?
4. How to prevent this in future?

Corn with pain t toe is most commonly due to badly fitted toe. But it can be due to bad shape foot also. Before I advised you any thing I want to know little detail bout your illness.
1. Have you changed your foot recently?
2. Did you done any long walk or prolong standing recently?
3. Do you have flat foot?

I have studied your case. I think that your shoes are causing these corns and pain in the toe. As you do daily walking so it is putting stress on your feet. I would suggest you following.
1. Change your shoes immediately, if possible soft sports shoes.
2. Ready made sillicone insole are available than can be placed in the shoes.
3.Visit a dermatologist to discuss with a skin specialist. Some time corn can be due to skin issues.
4.Hot water fomentation is also helpful.
