Question : from past few days i have started feeling pain in left side of neck immediately after having meal. This mostly happens after dinner. not sure whats the connection of food and neck muscle. am i over eating? whats the problem?

I have no problem swallowing. Pain start in outside neck on left side when i am done with my food

Hi,
Thank your for query.

I saw the message. You are having Gastro esophageal reflux disease. Avoid spicy food,alcohol,smoking if any.Drink plenty of fluid at least 4-5 lit per day.
Take Tab Esmo 40mg twice daily 1/2 hr before food for 1 week.
Take fruits regularly at nights.
