Brief Answer:
Genital infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your clinical history is concerned it looks like genital thrush so you need a physical examination by your doctor or you can share your image here. The treatment is 150mg of the anti fungal drug fluconazole. It is available over the counter from the pharmacy, without a prescription being needed. A single capsule is all that is required. Creams are applied topically (directly onto the affected area), usually once a day for seven days. For it you may try Clotrimazole cream.

You can do some practical tips at home-:

1)Help to clear up an infection by washing the penis carefully with warm water - a shower is better than a bath.

2)Avoid using perfumed shower gels or soaps on the genitals because they can cause irritation.

3)After washing, dry the penis carefully to deprive the fungus of the damp conditions that help it to thrive.

4)Wear loose-fitting cotton underpants to help keep the skin and penis dry and cool.

5)Add 3 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to 2 cups of warm water. Use this solution to wash the penis area, 2 times a day until you notice improvement in your condition.

Hope that helps
