Question : I have pain in a specific location on the right side of my neck. I can literally pinpoint the exact location of the soreness. It also hurts when I breathe in deeply and when I turn my neck.

The cause of pain is likely to be due to enlarged lymph node or muscle spasm. I would reuire more additional information to address your issue
1. Where is exact location of pain/soreness( it would be helpful if you could provide clinical photograph)
2. Is there any swelling or redness at the said site?
3. Is there any pain while swallowing
