Question : My tongue hurts on just the right side. It feels kind of like when you get a shot of novacaine from the dentist. There is a couple small white marks under the right side. It started hurting about 3 days ago and doesn't seem to be getting any better. It is hard to swallow and talk.

Any history of tongue bite?
Any history of tobacco use?
