Brief Answer:
get yourself clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Ultrasound of KUB region.
2. X - Ray of KUB region.
3. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).
4. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).

Your symptoms might be due to infection in the urinary tract. You should drink lots of water daily. Anti inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg will help in decreasing pain. Dose of Norflox is 400 mg twice daily. Please note that all these are prescription drugs and you need to consult a doctor for the same. Clinical examination and reports of the above mentioned investigations will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
yes it can be related.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
Your symptoms can be related to the history of sexual intercourse that you have mentioned. Your symptoms seems to be due to urethritis. Combiflam will help. No need to take Dolo(paracetamol) as combiflam already contains paracetamol. You should take it after meals and along with an antacid. It can be repeated 8-12 hourly as per the need. Norfloxacin 400 mg twice daily will help in controlling any infection. But I would suggest that you should first get your urine examined for culture and sensitivity test and start antibiotic according to the reports. Also drink lots of water daily.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.

I drank lots of water and also coconut water but still the problem persist.
I took norflox-200 twice and Citralka 3-4 times today.
Actually there is urge to urinate because i think i am drinking lots of water today but there is no actual pain while urinating.
I forgotten to mention that during sexual intercourse , which actually did not happen (no ejaculation) i had been kept wearing condom(anesthesia) for quite some time and after that i went to bathroom and urinate(condom was there on my penis) , after that when it filled up with urine and urine touch the tip of the penis ,i started getting irritation.Had it created some wound or inflammation inside the tip of the penis
I cant help but notice somethings irritation on the tip of the penis (meatus) , but really not much irritation while urinating.

Now also i am going to urinate at night frequently but once only.
Does this mean that my symptoms are not similar to which one urge to urinate since i do not wake up at night to urinate .I feel that that something is there on the tip of the penis.

Correction :
Now also i am not going to urinate at night frequently but once only

Brief Answer:
it will take few days time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
It takes few days time for full recovery from any inflammation in our body. In the meantime I would again emphasize for a urine culture / sensitivity test to plan further medical management. You can follow the instructions mentioned in my earlier post. If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined by your doctor.
Thanks.
