What Causes Pain On Touching The Sternum?

Question: I have soreness/mild pain when I touch or push on my sternum. Only noticed this morning, Without touching or applying pressure it is a discomfort. ?

1.Hot water fomentation, gel application (pain killer),along with tablet tums and ibuprofen will help.
