
What Causes Pain Sensation Above Right Leg During Masturbation?



I am 28 years old. I have had a sexually troubled life. Since childhood I used to masturbate like 2-3 times a week. When I had my first sexual encounter, I noticed that I didn;t get full erection and when I did I ejaculated within 5 seconds of contact. I consulted a sexologist in XXXXXXX who counselled me and told me this is related to the mind and I should be positive and everything will be fine. 3 years back I again had a sexual encounter and I inserted my penis slowly as suggested by the doctor and I was able to last for 20-25 seconds.
Since last year, I am facing a weird issue. Whenever I masturbate standing up, while I'm ejaculating I get a sensation of pain in the region above my right thigh. It goes away as soon as the process is over. After that for 2-3 times a week after, I get slight sensation of pain as if some nerve is getting stretched. It goes away after a week or so. If I don't masturbate I don't get any such pains. But as soon as I start masturbating, the sensation comes up. I showed this to a urologist and he told me that during excitement this can happen. I also did a test (I can't remember the name) where my liver was examined and prostrate was examined too. Results were fine.
So, right now I have 2 problems:
1. How do I get rid of this pain?
2. I still don't get full erection sometimes. I get full erections randomly like in the morning or any other time but when I actually watch porn and try to masturbate I don't get full erections. I'm worried because of my past history whether I would be able to satisfy my future partner or have a child. Please guide me what should I do.

Let me tell you some thing about masturbation.
Masturbation is natural and normal thing.It is done by 95% of the males in the world,mostly before marriage as well as when wife is away, in menses or pregnant after marriage. It is not at all harmful. Frequency of masturbation done by an individual varies from once a day to once a week. It depends upon individual libido, wish and timing. It neither causes any weakness nor any problem in sexual activity.

You mentioned that pain is there when you do masturbation in standing position.This history suggests that masturbation is not directly causing pain but during masturbation procedure some nerve/muscular stretching is there or masturbation is exaggerating some existing pathology/problem in local muscle/nerves/ligaments.

If no pain when you do masturbation in seating position, do it in that position only.

Yes, there is no pain when masturbating in seating or lying position.
Regarding erection, I don't know what should I do to increase my confidence. I did kegel exercises for premature ejaculation but it doesn't help. Even while masturbation, I have to do a sincere effort to delay the ejaculation. Till now I have not had a proper erection during intercourse and when I had I didn't last long. I have read that it's all related to blood flow. Is there anything that I can include in my schedule or diet that can help me with this situation? For premature ejaculation, is kegel exercise the best solution?

There is no specific time from which we can say it is early ejaculation or not. Kegel exercise is not the best solution for PME but it may help.
I want to clarify about premature ejaculation to you.
There is no specific time we can say normal for a man during sex.
Premature Ejaculation (PME) or early discharge defined when male partner ejaculates early before the female partner reaches to orgasm. There is no absolute time by which we can diagnose PME. It is relative term and female partner is the best judge.
There are medicinal and non medicinal approaches to treat PME.
Even if someone has no PME and wants to stay long, one of the following approaches can help.
Medicines:
Clomipramine and paroxetine are choice of medicines which are used as antidepressants(For depression dose is higher).
I prefer clomipramine for PME. No significant side effects with these medicines. Initially say for 20-30 days daily after dinner and later on just on the day when you do the sex.
Paroxetine is more potent but it may cause side effects like headache, gastric discomfort, giddiness and sedation. In patients with blood pressure it should be used in consultation with physician/cardiologist.
One molecule called depoxetine has been used specifically for PME and should be taken before 2 hours of sex when required.
These medicines are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for prescription.
Behavioral approaches are as follows for your information:
1. Stop and Squeeze technique can be applied which you can learn from internet and ask me if any query in that.(In brief, method suggests that you should try to divert your mind for a moment when you feel ejaculation arousal and penis should be tightly squeezed with hand inwards by your partner preferably).
2. Master and XXXXXXX technique can also be learnt from qualified sexologist/Psychiatrist which includes sessions in couple as it is couple sex therapy. It can help in prolongation of time.
3. Sex counseling of your sexual behavior and methods. Like if you are down and female partner on top, gravity is going to help you for lengthening the time.
4. You should do masturbation before sex(at least 2 hours before ). It will make seminal vesicles somewhat empty and at time of sex semen will take more time to come out.
Another approach:
-Use of condoms. Sometime using condom while sex helps in delaying ejaculation by reducing sensitivity of glans penis.
--Topical application of anesthetic gel/spray. For this you have to consult doctor.
From your history I feel you should go for behavioral approaches as well as kegel exercise.They will hep you.
There are some natural lifestyle measures which help to improve blood flow to penis and overall sexual performance.
- The most important factor is healthy heart. Blood is pumped in to body by heart.So regular exercise and avoidance of fatty fast food are important measures to prevent heart disease. Regular walking, swimming or running overall improves blood flow to whole body circulation including penis and keep the mind fresh.
- Good healthy food is also an important aspect. Bananas, Garlic, dry fruits(they contains vitamins), eggs, cow milk, cow butter are good food which may help in erectile dysfunction.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol. Low amount of alcohol can help in increasing blood flow but more amount can cause opposite effects. So better to avoid the same.

I have a question regarding stop and squeeze technique. I did hear about it before and tried it a couple of times, but every time I divert my mind I lose my erection pretty quickly.
I also have a misconception (hopefully) which you could clear off. When I was aound 13-14, I used to get a full solid erection but my penis used to be angled to the left side. A lot of times I tried to force it to be straight. Sometimes I wonder if my forcing it to be straight had caused any issues because of which I'm not getting proper erection.
One more question. Whenever I ejaculate, I quickly lose all the erection and it becomes difficult for me to get an erection immediately after or even after 15-20 minutes. Is this normal?

Many persons do not comfortable with Stop and Squeeze technique and you are one of them.No need to use it.As other options are available.
I can understand your concern about bending of penis.Slight bending of penis during erection is absolutely normal and almost no penis is completely straight while erect. Degree of bending should not be more than 25. If bending penis is painful or causing difficulty in intercourse then only intervention is needed. Otherwise this is absolutely normal thing.Penis is without bone and your attempt to make it straighten at that time cannot damage any tissue and that is not related to your current problem of erection.
Now clarification about your successive two erection problem.
After ejaculation it is absolutely natural that penis loses erection.
In males there is called 'refractory period' after ejaculation and orgasm. This is the period during which it is physiologically impossible for a man to have additional orgasms.The penis may be hypersensitive and further sexual stimulation may feel painful during this time frame.While the refractory period varies widely among individuals, ranging from minutes to days, most men cannot achieve or maintain an erection during this time. Many perceive a psychological feeling of satisfaction and are temporarily uninterested in further sexual activity.
There are suggested hormonal,neurotransmitter and muscle fatigue theories to specify refractory period.Average period duration varies from 15 to 45 minutes. But it can be less like 1 minute and more like 1 day also.
This is natural phenomenon,not dysfunction we can say and no specific treatment for the same.
