Brief Answer:
Sciatica - disc at lower back - MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
If the pain on the right side is shooting down the hip into the leg, the commonest and obvious reason is sciatica or compression of the spinal cord mostly by a bulging disc.
Appendicitis pain would not travel down to leg.

I would advise you the following:
Consultation with a Doctor, preferably an Orthopedic Surgeon or a Neurosurgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and order the investigations according to the findings, MRI of the power spine help to get the diagnosis the most.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early diagnosis and proper management.
Please feel free to ask any further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
