Brief Answer:
Get chest Xray and ECG done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It would be difficult to arrive at a definitive cause for this pain, however it is possible that you might be having some lung infection or lung problem. Do you smoke?
Therefore I would order a Chest X ray and ECG done. If they are normal then an ultrasound scan is entailed.

I suggest you visit you local GP and discuss about the problem. He/she can order the aforementioned tests and plan treatment accordingly. Untill then you can take some mild pain medicines available over counter. But don't delay the check up.

Do let me know if you have any questions? Take care.
