Brief Answer:
further investigations needed.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Ganesh

1.That is not normal to have pain and nausea. It needs further investigated for the cause.

2.One can try another course of antibiotic to kill the bacteria and H2 blockers and proton pump inhibitors to reduce the amount of acid in the stomach.

3.Further blood test for antibodies, upper GI endo-scophy to evaluate actual present condition.

4.Diet - take more of salads, fruits, fibrous diet and multiple small portions. Avoid spicy, junk, excess fat congaing food, any habits like alcohol. ( this will help to some extent - however treatment required in excess pain and symptomatic).

5.Sugget you to visit your treating doctor and get prescription initially and if no relief - further investigations and treatment required.

Good luck.
