Question : Hi,

I have dull continuous pain underneath right rib cage, occasionly sharp pain lasting a few minutes.

I also have bowel movement problems.

What do you think it could be.

Do you have any gastrointestinal symptoms like, burning epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting ?

By bowel movement problem do you mean constipation ?

What is the quality of pain and how is it relieved ?

Do you have any other associated symptoms ?

Hi.

I have gas, large amount of trapped wind, very sulphur like smell.

Bowel movement range water like to peanut butter consistency.

Not sure if relevant, but my urine is very fizzy. (Have been tested for diabetes, test negative).

The pain is not relieved, it is a constant dull pain.

Thanks for providing the information

It seems there is some infection in the GI tract

I would suggest you get a CBC and stool examination done

In the mean time start a probiotic twice a day, and a proton pump inhibitor twice a day

Avoid, junk, spicy, fried and fermented meals
