Question : Please give me a moment...
I am having pain under my right breast and radiating around my back. It is sensitive to touch. On a scale of 1-10 it is about an 8 and takes my breath away. It hurts when I try to take a deep breath. I may have pulled some muscles during sleep last night. What do you recommend? Its weekend; we live 70 miles NE of Las Vegas, and 25 miles SW of Mesquite NV. we do have Pliva 563 on hand, which I have never taken, as well as Ibuprophen 800, aspirin, household headache remedies, which I'm certain will not help a whole lot.

Brief Answer:
Can take Pliva and ibuprofen until examinations...
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.
The pain you are referring to might be related to :
- muscle sore
- costo-chondritis
Further examinations are necessary to rule out any organic problem:
- EKG
- abdominal ultrasound
- Chest X-ray
Until you do such examinations, I advise to take Pliva 563 and ibuprofen 800, non more than 2 pills per day if you are not having stomach problems. To my records, Pliva 563 stands for cyclobenzaprine 10 mg which is a muscle-relaxant. It can help relax the sore muscle, reducing pain.
Hope it helped! Let me know if you have more questions!
