Brief Answer:
could be renal stone or gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Your pain could be either due to a renal or ureteric stone or could be even gastritis.

I would suggest that you get an ultrasound of your abdomen done to come to a diagnosis.

Are you also having any burning sensation during urination? If yes, it goes more in favour of the stone.

But bloating can be due to gastritis. So if the usg is normal, then start on a ppi like omeprazole or pantaprazole tablets for the same.

Hope i have been helpful.
