What Causes Pain Under The Left Rib Cage While Breathing?

Question: Hello. Since yesterday I've been having a pain in my left side. It only hurts in a small are and just when i take deep breaths. The pain is situated somewhere in the area highlighted in the image.
can u please advise?

Hi. I don't know why you could not see the image. I have uploaded it online and you can see the area here: http://YYYY.com/a2t17g
I have also seen a doctor and she said it's probably a muscle or something related to the nervous system and recommended i take ibuprofen and CHLORZOXAZONUM(3 times a day). I did that both of them a few hours ago and i think it is a little better. I am worried that it might be the spleen ? or some internal organ ?

Any thoughts?

I did have one las week for a rutine check and nothing was wrong.

Since your ultrasound examination of abdomen is normal, no need to worry for internal abdominal pathology.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Application of warm water pad on affected areas is also beneficial.
Take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
