Brief Answer:
Supportive care , needs work up and management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your symptoms are suggestive of a gastric discomfort. I think its either gastritis, acid reflux or a functional bowel decline like irritable bowel syndrome. Radiation to the tip of shoulder should be evaluated for gallbladder involvement too. A few baseline work up tests will help reach the diagnosis. Modify diet lifestyle. Eat small frequent meals, reduce dairy products consumption, spices, chocolates, processed canned products, alcohol, beer, beverages, cola, etc. Prefer fibers and fresh fruits and vegetables and adequate fluids. Use yogurt and peppermint for supportive care.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
