Question : I'm a 28 yr old male I've started to experience pain during ejaculation it started a bout a week ago.After noticing the irritation I also noticed I feel the same pain when urinating my penis also has been leaking whitish fluid after urinating.

I appreciate your concern.

The history you described points towards an infection in the urogenital tract. I would advise you to get a urine R/E (Routine exam) and urine culture done.

STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia can also be the cause, an STD panel should also be done. Take plenty of fluids and avoid unprotected sexual intercourse till the cause of your symptoms is determined.
