What Causes Pain While Having Sexual Intercourse?

Question: Hello I am trying to have anal sex with my lover, and we are encountering a sudden problem. I am way too tight for him to enter me and if he does and to me, I involuntarily squeeze him too hard and forces him out. This is never happened before we have a very healthy sex life. Any answers on why this is happening please help

it could be due to fear of pain , causing involuntary spasm . you need to relax and use some lubricant. if this is not helpful, dilatation may be needed
