Question : I ultrasound done they said l had a broken blood vessel l have pain when urineing and l have to go every 2 he's.

Please elaborate what you mean when you say that the ultrasound showed a broken vessel ?
You may upload the U/S report to have a better idea.

Painful and frequent urination indicates a UTI, Get a urinalysis done and antibiotics can be started subsequently.
