Brief Answer:
Urinary infection is still a possibity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

You'll have to reveal more details, regarding age, what medication was taken and if you're on any regular medication.
Any way you're to do the following tests,if not done:
1. blood routine,RBS,creatinine,LFT,and platelets.
2. Ultrasound scan--KUB,with residual urine.

You may show these reports,to your doctor or else, send it here, for an expert opinion.
Drink about 10 glasses fluids daily.
Syrup Citralka surely helps in reducing the burning sensation.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
scan and blood reports not sent.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

There's only 1 attachment.
The Urologist has asked for urine-culture and same scan.
And antibiotics have given for 3 days, till culture reports are ready.
The antibiotics should've been started, after giving urine specimen.

The reports are needed for advising further treatment.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Bladder outlet obstruction is seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Your reports still miss LFT.
Your doctor's presciption is for BPE,and irritable bladder.
You still have no relief.
Your scan is done with only 114 ml in bladder. It should have atleast 200ml urine.
It shows significant residual urine of 40ml,suggestive of bladder outlet obstruction.
In which case, you should get an uroflowmetry test done.

Send the report here for an expert opinion,or show it to your Urologist.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Uroflowmetry test is indicated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Absence of bacterial infection, doesn't mean you've fungal infection.
On examination, did he see any fungal changes on genitalia.?
He had prescribed anti-fungal treatment in XXXXXXX
Now there's no role for the same.
Have you had intercourse with multiple partners ?

The ureterocele needs to be investigated further.
There's every possibility of bladder outlet obstruction.
That's why i asked you to get an uroflowmetry test done.

Send the report here,to give expert advice.
Wish you well.
