Brief Answer:
If no history of trauma, following advice...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

From what you are describing, it might be infected sebaceous cyst unless you have a history of local trauma.

As you are not having other symptoms like painful urination, I advise to:
- get further examined by your local general surgeon to evaluate if you need surgery
- apply warm compresses locally; in a couple of days, discharge is coming out, then, should apply antibiotic dressing locally to protect it
- you might need oral antibiotics but you need a prescription for that
- take OTC anti-inflammatory medications orally to ease the inflammation and pain
- avoid shaving hair on your genitals and avoid sex until improvement

Hope it was of help! Let me know if you have further queries!

Brief Answer:
Wait for a few more days before seeing a surgeon...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for your updates.

If the pinkish orange color is coming out, it means that the lump is "matured" (as we call it) and is draining itself. Most probably it is a sebaceous cyst that is resolving by itself (usually, it resolves on its own).

I advise to wait for a few more days and see if the amount of discharge will increase and if the pain will be subsided (I believe it will be like that).

If still pain, then, should schedule an immediate appointment with a general surgeon or go to ER for immediate evaluation. For the moment, just wait for a few more days until final changes.

Wish fast recovery!
