Brief Answer:
Possible Prostate or Renal stone disorder? Need confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

It could be possible Urinary tract infection secondary to underlying prostate disorder or renal stone.

This needs confirmation.

Hence I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen and Complete urine analysis.

Further management is largely based on the test results.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.

CT scan advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

In such a case, the possibility of both stone and prostate disorder are present.

To evaluate hematuria(blood in urine) CT scan abdomen is a better investigation.

Hence, I recommend you to get the investigation at the earliest.
