Question : I have lumps and dents in my back seven weeks after laser lipo and it is quite painful. Is this normal and can I do something about it?

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.
Immediately after lipo you will be swollen and bruised for the first few weeks, this eventually goes away, At 7 weeks, you have just completed the proliferative phase of wound healing and firmness and irregularities are not uncommon.
This is normal in all likelihood and will go away. You can massage them. Your doctor could try dilute steroid injections.
Pain killers would help relieve the discomfort.
