What Causes Painful Bowel Movement, Blood In Stool And Stomach Pain?
Question: I am a 36 year old female and although a little gross I have been having unusually large painful bowl movements with blood in stool. My stomach is aching and the inner part of anus is very sore. This has been happening every day to every other day for 2 weeks. I do have pictures? please heelp I apologize for graphic nature.

I have gone through your query and pictures. Your problem can be most likely due to internal haemorrhoids. A digital examination by General surgeon will be helpful to rule out this. Proctoscopy will be needed in case of inconsistency in diagnosis.
Taking stool softeners will be helpful. You can take stool like lactulose or sorbitol. Taking food high in fiber and more plain water also helps.
You can use haemorrhoid creams containing hydrocortisone and anesthetic. Proctosedyl cream is one of that you can use for local application.

I also have another question. I have had severe acne for years. I was just told today about Accutane and how it helped dramatically. I have seen so many dermatologists that I don't think I will ever get my face cleared up. I am 36 as I said and work with the public so it is very embarrassing. Can you please tell me your thoughts on this? And would I need to see yet another dermatologist to get this prescribed?

Accutane is very effective for cystic acne. Most of the people who do not respond to other treatment respond well to this. You can have a very clean and clear skin with out acne after this also. But it can give serious side effects. Bowel problems like crohns disease is one of that.
So my advice is better to avoid it. You can use benzoyl peroxide and aloe Vera combination gel for acne. Antibiotic pulse therapy also is helpful. Avoid fast foods, junks, excess fatty foods and sweets. Take food contains more antioxidants like citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables in diet. Avoid stress. Breathing exercises for stress relaxation is good. Get proper sleep daily. Do gentle face wash twice daily with acne soap. These measures will be helpful to over come acne.
